Strongman Sandbag

The Strongman Sandbags are a versatile and portable option for weight training, serving as an alternative to heavy balls and stones. They are designed in a compact, cylindrical form with reinforced double-stitched seams. The standard Strongman Sandbags come with a built-in filler bag, as well as an extra zipper and hook-and-loop closure to keep the filler material contained. Note that the filler material is not included, but the bags are easy to empty and refill as needed for your workouts, no matter where you choose to train.
