Spotter Arms

Safely lift heavy and train to your max all by yourself with our heavy-duty Spotter Arms. Easily and quickly attach these 60cm long arms to your rack, and you can lift with confidence. These arms have a rackable capacity of 450kg. They’re tough, made entirely out of steel. The main tube is 3mm thick, plus a support tube is 2mm thick, and an added 5mm gusset further improves strength. The arms are lined with molded polyurethane plastic that protects the upright, as well as wear and tear on your bar.
