Sheathed Battle Rope

Our Sheathed Battle Rope is made from durable polypropylene with an all-weather sheath/cover. Our Battle Ropes comes with diameters of 25mm, 38mm and 50mm with lengths of 9M, 12M and 15M. Battle Ropes, aka conditioning ropes or power ropes, began as a mainstay tool in MMA, and then CrossFit. They’re now used by strength coaches and trainers in just about every sport, from the high school and college levels to the pros; any situation where athletes need to train for power and explosiveness. The battle rope is universal because it has an ability to build core strength and improve core-to-extremity strength, producing greater power for the athlete both in the gym and in functional movements on the field. It’s also an excellent grip strength developer.
